Quick Rise Dinner Rolls

Featured in: Seasonal & Holiday Recipes

These quick-rise dinner rolls are tender and fluffy with a golden, buttery crust. The dough combines warm milk, yeast, sugar, butter, egg, and flour for a soft consistency. After two rises—one short and one slightly longer—the rolls bake to a beautiful golden brown. Brushing them with melted butter right after baking adds extra richness, making them ideal for soaking up sauces or enjoying warm with butter. Simple to make, they fit perfectly into any family meal with minimal prep and total time of about one hour.
