Easy Beef Stir-Fry Lo Mein (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

11 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

→ Stir-Fry Sauce

12 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
13 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
14 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
15 - 1 tsp sugar
16 - 2 tbsp water
17 - 1 tsp cornstarch

→ For Cooking

18 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
19 - Optional: sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Combine beef strips with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let rest for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Cook lo mein noodles following package directions. Drain well and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch until fully blended.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove beef and set aside.
05 - Add remaining vegetable oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to the pan along with cooked noodles and sliced green onions. Pour in prepared sauce and toss over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until evenly coated and warmed through.
07 - Transfer to plates and garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
